Return Policy

At Not of This World, we take pride in offering unique, high-quality merch inspired by horror, sci-fi, and cult films. We want you to love what you order, but if there's an issue, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness for everyone.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags (if applicable).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees (typically 10-20% of the item’s price).

  • Certain items, such as limited-edition drops, final sale items, and customized products, are non-returnable.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at notofthisworldmerch@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief explanation of the issue

  3. Photos (if applicable)

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund (minus any restocking and shipping fees).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work to make it right.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges, but you can return an item (if eligible) and place a new order.
